on a one to one basis to develop their skills, careers and lives through ongoing
interaction. Mentors will assist students in clarifying their personal and professional
objectives and insights and will, where appropriate, guide individuals in their
chosen profession. Mentors will focus on maximizing the potential of each student
by guiding them through all aspects of personal development and their educational
experiences. Mentors also share their life experiences with students and assist
them in understanding the concepts of good corporate citizenship. The mentor and
the mentee frequently develop a unique bond that lasts a lifetime!!
