JRE GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS HOSTS THE HR CONCLAVE 2011

JRE Group of Institutions in academic partnership with Raffles Education Limited, Singapore and Educomp Solutions Limited, is hosting the 2011 HR CONCLAVE for the country’s leading HR professionals. The main aim of the conclave is to enlighten students on how to develop a stronger workforce.

Many of the country’s top HR professionals will share their own professional experiences and situations which will help the students understand in depth how the corporate world works. The conclave is going to be divided into two sessions. The first one will largely involve a debate on whether Social Networking during office hours is a boon or bane. This session will be presided over by Mr Adi Malia –Group President of the HR, Essar Group. The second session will be a discussion on Expectations of the Corporates from MBA Students. The chairman for the second session will be Mr. SY Siddiqui – Managing Executive Officer HR, Maruti Udyog Ltd.

The first session will be directed by some of the country’s most prominent people – Mr Kamlesh Dangi -the Religare Group Head, Mr Hari V Krishnan – Country Head, LinkedIN and HR Head, Orange Telecom –Mr Sandeep Luthra.

The second session will be lead by speakers like Mr Anand Pillai – Senior VP, HCL Technologies Ltd., Ms. Madhavi Lall – Group Head, Standard Chartered Bank (Asia), India Head – HR, Apollo Tyres – Mr Biju Sebastian and Mr M.S Venkatesh – Head HR, Educomp Solutions.
